Staff Nurse/ Senior Staff Nurse – PICU – Lullanagar, Pune

Prepares the PICU area for scheduled and emergency patients, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are ready.

Conducts continuous patient assessments and prioritizes care based on the severity of the condition.

Ensures all necessary patient information and investigation reports are available for the doctor’s review.

Assists with emergency interventions and possesses knowledge of various critical conditions.

Assists clinicians with the administration of medication, monitoring vital signs, and similar clinical tasks when required.

Demonstrates thorough knowledge of I.V. fluid and drug calculations.

Coordinates the procurement of blood and blood products for transfusion and reports any transfusion reactions to the treating consultant, Infection Control (IC), and NS immediately.

Completes the pre-operative checklist before transferring the patient to the operation theatre.
