Appendictis

Appendicitis can strike anyone (between the ages of 10 and 30 years), anytime and anywhere without much warning and leaves you in excruciating pain. At times, due to the delayed treatment this vestigial organ bursts spreading the infection to the abdomen and other regions of the body which can be life – threatening. In such a case, surgical removal of the appendix is often the first line of treatment.

Breast Awareness And Breast Self Exam

It is important to examine your breast regularly, and it is the easiest way to find breast cancer early. Women using oral contraceptives should do their BSE each month on the day they begin a new package of pills.
