Dt. Meenaz Ahmed

Dr. Meenaz Ahmed is an expert dietitian with an experience of 5 years enforcing dietary education for her patients with their Meal planning, Nutritional care plans specific to the requirements including Prenatal, Post natal diets, and regular weight loss/gain diet plans. She obtained her Master’s degree in the subject of Food Science and Nutrition from the reputed University of Mysore – Manasagangotri.

She is a lifetime member of the Indian Dietetic Association and has also worked for the NABH accredited healthcare institutions such as HCG Hospital, Bangalore and BGS Apollo hospital, Mysore. Also worked as Sports Nutritionist at Sports Authority of Karnataka.

She possesses commendable expertise in counselling her patients with her knowledge of Nutritional needs for Sports diet, Therupatic diets, Neutropenic diet, Diabetic diet, Gestational diabetic diet, Enteral feeding, DASH diet, Thyroid issues, PCOD, Hypertension, Cancer diet, Child nutrition and more. She is good at identifying the appropriate nutritional requirements for the individuals and prescribe accordingly. Her experience in this field has contributed abundantly to create weight managements awareness amongst her patients.

Dt. Hari Lakshmi

Dt. Hari Lakshmi is a dynamic young professional who has completed her Bachelor’s in nutrition, dietetics, and foodservice management from Anna Adarsh College, Chennai. She later went on to obtain her master’s in Child Development and Child Nutrition from Justice Basheer Ahmed Sayeed College for women. She has a wide experience in counseling patients with a multitude of medical conditions during her stints at reputed hospitals in Chennai. She is passionate about working with children and works for NGOs in her free time taking part in the education of children at orphanages. Additionally, she also provides them with personnel hygiene and diet lessons as well and conducts many events to provide social support for the children at orphanages . Her special interest is in maternal and child nutrition. She has been an active learner and has been part of various workshops on lifestyle modification, nutrition for kids, and healthy pregnancy diet.”
