Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall business growth and contribution to sales, in addition to ensuring individual sales targets are achieved.
- Ensure activation of periphery marketing and geographies by planning and executing engagement programs.
- Develop strategies to expand market share, including initiatives such as medical camps, webinars, CMEs, and round table meetings.
- Maintain regular coordination with the accounts desk.
- Conduct regular fieldwork to better understand and develop effective sales plans.
- Maintaining data and following up on leads regularly.
- Sharing regular reports and analysis with respective departments.
