Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for OPD and triage routines, including equipment and patient management.
Coordinates closely with Guest Relations to plan appointments; escalates when high patient volume is expected and additional resources are required.
Understands patient and consultant requirements and plans daily activities accordingly.
Ensures the OPD is set up for consultations:
- Assists consultants in OPD consultation rooms.
- Sets up procedure trays and dressing trolleys; assists doctors during procedures and dressings.
Assists in the transportation of patients whenever necessary.
Strictly follows all safety measures involved in patient care.
Assists gynecologists, obstetricians, and pediatricians in procedures involving mothers, pediatric patients, and neonates.
Ensures all investigations are carried out as advised by the doctor; provides assistance to patients for laboratory and scan procedures.
Handles emergencies competently and calmly; follows instructions effectively.
Ensures that the In-charge and Nursing Superintendent (NS) are informed of any incidents immediately.
Ensures medication safety and adherence to patient safety protocols.
Upholds patient rights and maintains confidentiality of medical and personal information; avoids any violation by ensuring no discussion of patient-identifiable information in non-secure areas.
