Dr. Manjari S

Dr. Manjari S graduated with M.B.B.S. from Madurai Medical College and also holds a PG Diploma in Public Health from the University of Otago, New Zealand. With the main interest to work with mothers and babies, Dr. Manjari S got certified in Lactation and started Dr. Manjari S’s journey as a Lactation Professional in a hospital setup, and has 4+ years of experience in the field. Dr. Manjari S is currently practicing at Motherhood Hospital, Coimbatore.

Dr. Manjari S provides breastfeeding education in the antenatal period. Dr. Manjari S counsels mothers and babies at the postnatal ward after birth (as per referral, currently) with an individualized care plan. Dr. Manjari S counsels mothers of babies who require NICU admission, beginning from support needed for establishing milk supply, breast pump usage support, milk storage guidance, and feeding babies using alternate methods until the baby is able to transition to direct breastfeeding.
