ENDOMETRIOSIS

Endometriosis is a condition in women, who experience an abnormal growth of cells outside the uterus. Endometriosis also manifests itself in the other organs of the pelvic region. Though this condition may cause infertility in some women, we at Motherhood provide you with the best treatment to help overcome any anomaly.

About 30% to 40% of women with endometriosis have some trouble conceiving. This could, however, be caused by the scarring of the reproductive tract, or hormonal factors. Over time, endometrial implants may grow, or cysts may result because of endometriosis, which also may cause infertility.

The severity of the condition varies across women. While some may experience very mild symptoms, the others may suffer from excruciating pain. However, the intensity of pain is not directly proportional to the severity of the condition.
