Dr. Padmanabhan M Y

Dr. Padmanabhan M Y is a highly experienced Pediatric Dentist with an MDS from King George Medical University, Lucknow, and a BDS from Sri Ramakrishna Dental College & Hospital, Coimbatore. With extensive teaching experience as a Senior Lecturer and Reader at reputed institutions including RVS Dental College, Mahatma Gandhi Dental College, and Sri Ramakrishna Dental College, he has been actively involved in mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students, guiding clinical activities, and leading pediatric dental screening programs. Dr. Padmanabhan M Y is also experienced in managing children with special healthcare needs. Dr. Padmanabhan M Y is currently practicing at Motherhood Hospitals in Coimbatore.

Dr. Padmanabhan M Y is a recipient of several prestigious awards, including the Dr. Rangaraju Memorial Oration Award (2022) and the Sam Harris Bursary Award (2008), and holds fellowships from the International Association of Dental Traumatology (2026) and the International College of Oral Implantologists (2019). Teaching & Academic Experience: Extensive experience teaching UG and PG students in pediatric dentistry, mentoring clinical activities, and guiding research projects. Served as Reader/Senior Lecturer at Sri Ramakrishna Dental College (2010–2014), Mahatma Gandhi Dental College (2014–2015), and RVS Dental College (2019–2023). Also led school dental screening camps and managed children with special healthcare needs.
