Dr. Shikha Marwah

Dr. Shikha Marwah’s journey in medicine is defined by a rigorous pursuit of excellence across India’s premier medical institutions. She began her clinical training at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University, Karnataka followed by specialization in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (DGO from Calcutta Medical College, Kolkata and DNB from National Board of Examination, Delhi). Dr. Shikha Marwah is currently practicing at Motherhood Hospitals, Kolkata.

Her trajectory into the highly specialized field of Fetal Medicine began during her tenure at the Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore. Working in the Department of High-Risk Pregnancy and Fetal Medicine at CMC, she gained invaluable experience and developed keen interest in Fetal Medicine.

After clearing the ultra-competitive entrance exam by the National Board of Examinations, Dr. Shikha completed 2-year Super-Specialization in High-Risk Pregnancy and Fetal Medicine at the prestigious Fernandez Hospital, Hyderabad, an institution synonymous with excellence in perinatal care. To ensure a 360-degree approach to fetal health, Dr. Shikha also underwent training in Medical Genetics at Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Hyderabad.

As an FMF-UK certified specialist, Dr. Shikha adheres to the highest international protocols for fetal screening. Her practice is built on a "Preventative and Predictive" model, aiming to identify potential issues long before they become emergencies.

Advanced Screening: NT scans, pre-eclampsia screening, and detailed Level II Anomaly scans.
Precision Imaging: Advanced 3D/4D ultrasound for detailed morphological assessment.
