Dr. Sujoy Mitra

Completed MBBS from Armed Forces Medical College ((AFMC), Pune in 1995, commissioned into the Army Medical Corps (AMC) and served for 28 years till retirement. Did MS (Obstetrics & Gynecology) from AFMC in 2003 followed by Fellowship in Gyne Endoscopy from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi and training in Gynecologic Oncology from Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology (KMIO), Bangalore.

He has vast experience in managing high-risk pregnancies with special interest in gestational diabetes (Diabetes in pregnancy). Conversant with all major gynecologic surgical procedures including Onco Surgery. Has special interest in preventive oncology (screening for cancer and vaccination), holistic management of women in middle age mid-life clinic), contraception and family planning, evaluation and treatment of infertility and lifestyle diseases like PCOS.

He has been a postgraduate teacher with more than 12 years of teaching experience and has many publications in reputed journals.
