Dr. Prakash Das is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist based in Kolkata, with over 12 years of clinical experience after completing his MBBS from IPGMER and MS (Gynaecology & Obstetrics) from Bankura Sammilani Medical College, one of the largest obstetric centres in Asia. His training there helped him develop strong expertise in managing high-risk and complicated obstetric cases, including pregnancies complicated by hypertension and diabetes.
His area of special interest is minimally invasive gynaecological surgery, particularly laparoscopic procedures, which allow his patients to experience minimal postoperative pain, faster recovery, shorter hospital stays, and a quicker return to their daily lives.
