Dr. Anish Pillai, Lead Consultant – Neonatology and Paediatrics at Motherhood Hospitals, Kharghar, explained that limiting children’s access to processed and packaged foods high in fat, salt, and sugar can help encourage healthier dietary habits from an early age, while stressing that lasting change also needs better nutrition at home, regular physical activity, and healthier food options.
