20th May 2022, Bangalore: Motherhood Women & Children’s Hospital has won the recognition for best use of innovation in Loyalty program at the Zendesk- The Customer FEST Show 2022 under the Healthcare segment.
The Zendesk Customer fest show honoured and celebrated organisations who have adopted new and innovative customer service technologies and excelled in customer expectations. Under the Best use of Innovation in Loyalty Program category, the contenders were evaluated on three criteria i.e Innovation of Loyalty rewards in the segment, early results of customer adoption to the program and Technology for personalised experience.
