Dr. Ankita Jain is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist with over three years of clinical experience in rehabilitation and patient-centered care. She holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (Orthopedics) from the Indore Institute of Medical Sciences (IIMS), Indore, where her research focused on “The Effects of Virtual Reality Training (VRT) on Balance and Functional Activities in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis.” She completed her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from People’s College of Paramedical Sciences and Research Centre, Bhopal.
Dr. Ankita has served as a Medical Coordinator (Physiotherapist) at Sahaj Hospitals Pvt. Ltd., Indore, and continues to extend her expertise through home-care and freelance physiotherapy services. Her clinical strengths include patient assessment, personalized treatment planning, manual and massage therapy, exercise therapy, basic electrotherapy, post-surgical rehabilitation, and multidisciplinary collaboration. She is committed to fostering recovery through evidence-based practices and empathetic patient counseling.
