Dr. Apoorva A C is a highly skilled Consultant Pediatrician and Neonatologist with an MBBS from JSS University, an MD in Pediatrics from a prestigious university in Bangalore, and a Fellowship in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) from Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences. She has extensive experience working in Level III and Level IV NICUs across leading tertiary-care hospitals in Bangalore and Mysore, delivering advanced, evidence-based neonatal and pediatric care.
Her clinical expertise includes the management of extreme preterm infants and critically ill neonates, with proficiency in advanced respiratory support such as invasive and non-invasive ventilation, High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV), and therapeutic hypothermia. She is certified in Neonatal Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) and well trained in essential neonatal procedures, including PICC line insertion, as well as the management of neonatal acute kidney injury (AKI) and neonatal Peritoneal Dialysis.
Dr. Apoorva A C has a strong interest in neonatal neurodevelopment, providing comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessment, and running high-risk newborn follow-up and Developmental Paediatrics clinics.
