Dr. Dhaval A Baxi

Dr. Dhaval A Baxi is a gynecological endoscopic surgeon and a fertility specialist. He is one of the few doctors in India with the prestigious MCh (Magister Chirurgae) degree in reproductive medicine and surgery. He is an accomplished laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeon and is invited as a faculty at many national level conferences and workshops. He has trained extensively in the field of minimally invasive surgery under many international stalwarts including Dr. Marcello Ceccaroni from Italy. His areas of expertise include infertility, fertility-enhancing laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery (intrauterine adhesions, septum resection, uterine polyps, tubal cannulation for blocked tubes, ovarian cysts, the reversal of sterilization, uterus sparing surgery for fibroids, endometriosis), laparoscopic hysterectomy, and laparoscopic gynecological oncology. He is also an expert in infertility treatments like IUI, IVF, and ICSI even in patients who have failed previous cycles elsewhere. Dr. Baxi also performs ovarian rejuvenation for women who have a poor ovarian reserve and want to conceive using their own eggs and therefore may avoid having to use donor oocytes. Dr. Baxi is also involved in academics having publications in indexed journals and chapters in 6 reputed books. He has received many awards for his scientific papers in various conferences.
