Dr. Neelima R Kumar

Dr. Neelima R. Kumar is an experienced Anaesthesiologist with extensive clinical exposure in tertiary-care and complex surgical settings. She completed her MBBS from Calicut Medical College, followed by Diploma in Anaesthesia (DA) from Calicut Medical College and DNB in Anaesthesiology from MIMS Hospital, Kozhikode.

She has been associated with MIMS Hospital, Kozhikode, initially in the ICCU and subsequently in the Department of Anaesthesiology. Her experience includes providing anaesthetic care for a broad range of major and complex procedures, including renal transplantation, video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery, tracheal resection, liver resection and HIPEC surgery. She has also been involved in the management of a dedicated surgical ICU providing invasive monitoring, postoperative ventilation and care of high-risk obstetric patients.
