Dr. Pooja Gupta

Dr. Pooja Gupta is an experienced and highly accomplished gynecologist, obstetrician, and infertility specialist with over 15 years of dedicated clinical practice. She holds a DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology from Choithram Hospital & Research Centre, Indore, and a DGO from Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, Indore. She completed her MBBS from the same institution with outstanding academic performance, earning several prestigious gold medals and distinctions. Her academic brilliance was further proven by securing the 10th rank in the M.P. Pre-Medical Entrance Test (2000).

Dr. Gupta pursued advanced training in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery through a fellowship recognized by RGUHS under the mentorship of internationally acclaimed endoscopic surgeon Dr. B. Ramesh in Bangalore. She also underwent a six-month certified training in reproductive medicine and IVF at Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune, under the guidance of Dr. Sunita Tandulwadkar. Her surgical expertise spans over 2,000 major gynecological laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures, 900+ vaginal and urogynecological surgeries, and management of more than 6,000 obstetric cases, including high-risk pregnancies and cesarean sections.

Currently, Dr. Gupta serves as an Consultant - Obstetrician, Gynecologist, Laparoscopic Surgeon & Infertility Specialist at Motherhood Hospital, Rajiv Gandhi Circle - Indore. Her areas of expertise include total laparoscopic hysterectomy, myomectomy, ectopic pregnancy management, endometriosis, infertility evaluation and treatment, urogynaecological surgeries, and advanced hysteroscopic procedures like septal resection and metroplasty. She is also actively involved in adolescent health, menopausal care, cancer screening, osteoporosis management, and family planning services.

Throughout her career, Dr. Gupta has remained committed to academic excellence and research. She has contributed to multiple research projects and publications, including a chapter on total laparoscopic hysterectomy and a paper on cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy. She regularly participates in national and international conferences, surgical workshops, and CME programs, ensuring she stays at the forefront of innovations in women’s healthcare.
Her academic record is decorated with multiple awards, including Dr. Rajiv Ralhan Gold Medal in Orthopaedics, Dr. J.E. Park Memorial Gold Medal in Community Medicine, Dr. B.S. Mehta Gold Medal in ENT, and several distinctions across various medical subjects during her MBBS.
