Dt. Sabah Ghare completed her Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, followed by a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition, where she gained extensive exposure to nutrition care across diverse age groups and health conditions, including maternal nutrition, pediatric nutrition, adult wellness, geriatric care, and therapeutic diet management. She also completed her clinical internship at MGM Hospital, Vashi, which strengthened her practical understanding of clinical and hospital-based nutrition care.

Following her clinical training, Dt. Sabah Ghare worked in the sports nutrition sector with One Above Fitness, collaborating with orthopaedic specialists, physiotherapists, cardiologists, physicians, and health cafés to provide integrated nutrition and lifestyle support. Alongside this, she co-founded The Diet Cascade, through which she provides personalized nutrition counselling and therapeutic diet planning to clients globally and across Navi Mumbai.

Over the years, Dt. Sabah Ghare has worked with clients from Dubai, Oman, South Africa, London, Texas, and across India, helping individuals manage and improve conditions such as PCOS/PCOD, diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes, thyroid disorders, CKD, hypertension, obesity, child nutrition concerns, eating disorders, and various metabolic and lifestyle-related conditions.
