Dr. Vaani Mehta

Dr. Vaani Mehta is an IVF specialist and has done MBBS and MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the prestigious GMCH – sector 32,
Chandigarh. She has done her fellowship in Reproductive Medicine at Madras Medical Mission Hospital Chennai. She has more than 8 years of experience in the field of Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Infertility and IVF. She worked for 2 years as a Gynaecologist in Civil Hospital, Sector 22 Chandigarh, and then for 2 years as an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at ACS Medical College, Chennai. She has always been passionate about the subject of infertility. She has a keen interest in providing specialised care to patients who are poor responders, those with unexplained Infertility, with recurrent implantation failure, and those requiring surgical sperm retrieval.

Achievements:

Merit holder in both UG as well as PG medical entrances. Got a merit seat in both MBBS and MD at the prestigious GMCH Chandigarh. Got a merit seat in the fellowship Reproductive Medicine at Madras Medical Mission Hospital Chennai and excelled in the exit examination. Have had a number of publications and presentations in both national as well as international journals. Have been a meritorious student during school as well as graduation and post-graduation.

• Fellowship Reproductive Medicine and IVF.
• Competent in performing fertility as well as pelvic scans, performing IUIs, oocyte retrievals, hysteroscopies, and embryo transfers. Have good hands-on embryology lab experience as well.
